Hello!
I’m excited to share my journey with you as I prepare stand for election in June to represent you, as your Constable, in the States Assembly. This page is all about giving you a chance to get to know me, my work, and my vision for our community.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I’ve included plenty of photos capturing the work I’ve done - both in the Parish and beyond - over the past few years. Take a look, explore, and see what I’ve been up to!
I’d love to hear from you, so feel free to contact me and share your thoughts. Together, we can make a difference! Within the Parish, I actively contribute in the following roles:
- Member of the Parish Rates Committee
- Editor of the Parish magazine, La Cloche
- Member of the St Saviour Community Volunteer Group
- Member of the Twinning Association
These roles allow me to stay closely connected with the community and contribute to the Parish’s development and well-being. Keep scrolling down - there's lots to see! :-)
Update: Well! the last few weeks have been very busy to say the least! The 450 word mini-manifesto was published by vote.je last week, and you can see my entry HERE. I've also recorded my two minute video, also for vote.je and I'll post a link when it is published. The live hustings recorded on BBC Radio Jersey was fun - you can listen to the recording HERE but only up until the first week of June when it will be taken down. I did my first pop-up in Springfield Sports Café, which was fun, then a couple of roadside chat sessions outside Waitrose in Plat Douet Road and outside Morrisons in Longueville - also fun.
It is surprising how many parishioners come up wanting to speak with you! :-)
I also, with the help of my cousins, put up my posters. Well, just four weeks to go now - so another busy week coming up - mostly canvassing around the parish - connecting with as many parishioners as possible. Please follow me on Facebook - it's one way to connect with as many parishioners as possible with one message!
